REFERRALS | New Pastures

Referrals are accepted for individuals aged 14 and over with a learning disability, autism and those with a mental health condition such as anxiety and depression.

Educational referrals can be made through a local authority, school or privately.

Day service referrals can be made via a social worker, local authority, a family member or health care professional.
